THE BEGINNING 1996

The Seeds of Passion

In a small town in Rajasthan, a young man named Bhanwar Singh Kumawat began his career working at his uncle's restaurant. From cleaning dishes to serving meals, every task became a lesson in discipline, hard work, and hospitality.

It was not glamorous work, but he had his dream clear — to one day create a place of his own, where taste meets tradition.

THE FOUNDATION 2006

The Foundation is Laid

With his savings, blessings, and unwavering determination, Bhanwar Singh opened a small restaurant and named it KPB — Kumawat Pavitra Bhojnalaya.

It was a humble beginning built entirely on the strength of authentic flavours, honest portions, and heartfelt service. From the very first thali served, KPB became a name associated with trust and taste in the community.

Nearly three decades after stepping into the food world, and almost 20 years after the first KPB thali was served, Swaad by KPB was born — a pure vegetarian multicuisine restaurant carrying the soul of a bhojnalaya with the refinement of a modern dining space.

Swaad by KPB is not just a restaurant. It is a legacy plated with pride. It is the story of a man who turned struggles into stepping stones. Of meals served with meaning. Of a dream that started with dishwashing gloves and now lives in polished cutlery and curated menus.

Swaad by KPB is an upscale casual fine dine restaurant established in May 2025 in Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur.

It is a 100% pure vegetarian, multi-cuisine restaurant that blends the warmth and authenticity of traditional Indian home cooking with the refinement and ambiance of a modern dining space.
